Insight into reasoning ability, motivation, interpersonal skills and adaptability, confident attitude, and willingness to follow procedures. We search for the ability to handle rejection and a craving for stability.
Written English test, computer proficiency, references, background and drug testing
Personal interviews can be set up to speak directly to candidates. This provides an extra level of certainty to clients regarding the personnel working on their programs.
