A three tiered screening process.

• 1. Resume review and initial phone call.

  Check for tone and pleasant voice, English level, phone etiquette, clarity and accent, listening comprehension, availability, and make sure the applicant meets the skills set requirement for the specific program, with the proper experience.

• 2. In person interview.

  Insight into reasoning ability, motivation, interpersonal skills and adaptability, confident attitude, and willingness to follow procedures. We search for the ability to handle rejection and a craving for stability.

• 3. Testing

  Written English test, computer proficiency, references, background and drug testing

• 4. Client Interviews

  Personal interviews can be set up to speak directly to candidates.  This provides an extra level of certainty to clients regarding the personnel working on their programs.
