We work in conjunction with the client to establish quality metrics and monitoring forms. Additionally we implement:
A: 5 to 10% of team receives 2 monitors per week
B: 10 to 20% of team receive 4 monitors per week
C: 70% of team receive 10 monitors per week
Internal: Once per week for one hour with QA, operations and training to ensure all parties are grading and using the same parameters.
External: Time frame is at customer’s discretion, and is used to set the grading parameters.
