Outbound program that calls out on behalf of Bank Rate Insurance to customers that have requested quotes, and received phone calls or email quotes from various insurance agencies. These insurance agencies have requested a credit for buying “dead or erroneous leads”. We verify the credit reason and validate it as correct or denied based on the conversation with the customer who requested the quote.
